At A&M, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with the best service, and here is our clear and simple exchange & return policy:
- Available Option: You may exchange any product if it does not meet your expectations or if you wish to choose a different item.
- Time Frame: Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the purchase date stated on the invoice.
- Location (Mandatory): All exchanges and returns must be completed in-store only. Requests via delivery are not accepted.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with full packaging.
- Required Documents: The original invoice is mandatory to process any exchange or return.
- Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for any delivery costs related to exchanges (if applicable).
Inspection Requirement: All electrical items undergo a technical inspection to verify any manufacturing defects before approving an exchange.
Defective Items: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product can be exchanged within 15 days from the purchase date.
Accessories: The product must be returned with all original accessories and complete packaging.
Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse or improper installation is not covered under exchange or warranty.
Coverage Period: Smart Me products include a warranty ranging from 18 months up to 3 years, depending on the item.
Warranty Scope: Covers manufacturing defects only.
Exclusions: Spare parts are not included in the warranty.
